Steakhaus Füssen & Tapas Bar in Fussen

We were there in October. Corona measures were implemented well. Staff absolutely friendly and the food was very good, both steak and tapas. With the meal the simply fantastic view of the Lech. Highly recommended.

Spent our vacation in Füssen, ate here twice this week. Very nice view of the Lech, wonderful food, everything exactly to the point and well presented. Great, quick, courteous service. Although the restaurant was fully booked, the staff took a lot of time for us and gave us two very nice evenings. Thank you so much. We will be back definitely.

I can only recommend the steakhouse. We were able to sit outside in the evening despite the slightly cooler temperatures. Very friendly and attentive waiter. Great food selection (steaks and tapas very tasty). Price performance completely okay.

We stopped there after visiting the Lech Falls. Great restaurant for tapas lovers. Can be recommended without reservation. Well priced too.

A real pearl in the Lech Valley, just outside of Füssen. You pay a thaler more for the food, but it's absolutely worth it! Lovingly prepared, delicious specialties, served by warm and cheerful staff, rounded off by the terrace in a feel-good atmosphere with a view of the picturesque valley. Directly opposite you can admire the Lech Falls over a panoramic bridge. Always worth a visit to relax and feast.

Food, service and ambience are excellent. The view of the Alps is a dream and has made the restaurant one of my favorite places. The sauces are a minor flaw, here you could move away from Heinz and towards higher quality alternatives.

We stopped in here for late afternoon/early dinner last year as we were traveling through the area. It was a genuinely nice setting overlooking the waterfall in the Alps on the German-Austrian border. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Amazing. Our total bill came to $ 69 EUR. We look forward to our return. Simply beautiful here.

Long waiting times (1 hour for food). Elderberry spritzer without ice, mint, lemon or whatever, so just average. Soot not particularly cold. Tapas very good but 20 percent too expensive, no bread "free" Salad bland, no dressing worth mentioning, cheap feta cheese cubes, at 14 € also way too expensive. The staff wears the masks under their noses (I now believe a fine of 5000 €) Bill at the table cannot be separated, but only together. Great service ?! Toilet only with key, no more paper towels. Steak minimally through but okay. It is not possible to reorder the salad (dates instead of chili peppers) what service? Except for the good, but too expensive tapas, no recommendation.

Great meat !!!!! Map really ok But as far as sleeping is concerned, it is cheap but lacks a lot of services, first of all the cleaning that they do not do on Mondays because it is closed, really small room, there is no breakfast. Many things to review

Good view but bad food & impossible service! One should take this assessment to heart ⬇️ The waitress behaved very rude to us and wanted to collect us in the middle of the meal after we complained about the poor quality of the meat. According to his own statement, he "no longer wanted to serve us". Any distance from professional professionalism or composure. If the food was still good then ... 🙄

Meat and side dishes were extremely good, the meat was super tender and fried to the point. Drinks good, even if the waiting time was a bit longer. The service was very friendly. Hygiene concept planned and well implemented. The view of the Lech is very nice!

I've really eaten a few steaks in my life, but not one of them has been as sensational as it is here. We reserved a table for 7.30 p.m. at 5 p.m., 3 adults and a child. On the phone alone, the gentleman was friendlier than many of the waitresses in the store are. The table was great, the view did the rest. It's garden furniture. Sure, it can be more convenient. However, I didn't care about the food, both qualitatively and quantitatively. I have seldom spent a pleasant two hours in a pub. What topped the food, however, was the service. We were served by a tall, very funny and obviously job loving man. He made jokes with us and also with our 5 year old son. I have never really experienced better service. I've never tipped € 10 either. Above all, it was 10 € from the heart. There was also a short on the house 👍 The prices are absolutely justified for the quality delivered, the rustic, but absolutely cool ambience and the service. We come from Ulm, but we will definitely only come back because of the absolutely great evening! Hammer, please keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍

Great service & delicious food! Had a very nice evening there!

We were there the day before yesterday. I had reserved at 8:30 p.m. After 30 minutes we were allowed to order something. I ordered a beef fillet with pepper sauce and steak house fries for € 27. The food finally came 30 minutes later (it was now 9:30 pm). In addition to the fact that the meat was lukewarm, it was also inferior (chewy, with fibers, inedible). The waiter then said that this was because the cook was not there today (however, it was not a fillet). After another 30 minutes there was a new plate that was delicious in taste. In the end, when we wanted to pay around 10:15 p.m., I asked at least not to have to pay for the drinks, whereupon the waiter asked me: "Compensation ?! For having received a completely new meal?" . Alone because of the waiting time and the corresponding cold (we sat outside) at 22:00 in my opinion this was more than appropriate. My girlfriend's rump steak was fine but a little dry, too bad

Remarkably good steakhouse in this small town. We where passing through on our way to Tirol. Definitely recommended

Meat cuts are of fair quality and salads are made with fresh ingredients. However value for money is off balance. We did order meat by the cut. The weight of the cut on the plate, was lesser than we ordered. And it would have gone unnoticed, if we wouldn’t have spoken up. Got a refund and free fries. In general many salads and some drinks on the menu were not available, due to the unavailability of the basic ingredients. Friendly staff, place is a bit worn down.

Great option for a good dinner. It is not located in the city center, therefore also frequented by the local population. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is worth a visit to relax after walking to/from the Neuschwanstein Castle.

I arrived a bit late for German lunch standard but was not a problem, and owner attended to me with a smile. Soup of the day and a ribeye steak. Both delicious. Tomato soup was tasty and a bit spicy. Meat was really tender and perfect cooked. I would recommend to leave castle area and go there for a steak

Don't come if you don't have the luxury of time. Meals took forever! I could hv cooked that steak in no more than 8 mins but they took half an hour. Steak was average

Went on a Monday night on a hunt for a steak place. The steak was very delicious, but the sour cream and herb butter was the PERFECT addition to my baked potato. Steak was not tough to cut, very juicy and no overwhelming seasoning. Definitely recommend.

Only the landscape is worth it. Highly recommend staying on the balcony !!! The meat is well made grilled, and the vegetables very tasty. Very good!!!

Good food with a beautiful view of the Lech. Eating outside in the summer with this view is of course very nice. The food was delicious and my steak was fried to medium size. The service was very good, nice and not too intrusive.

Wonderful lunch! Great place to relax after touring the Neuschwanstein Castle. Sorry , I took the picture after I had a slice of the steak. Could not resist! We ate outside which my husband really doesn't like to do! But ,it was a really nice day out with a cool breeze and vertically no bugs! Service, food, and drinks were fantastic. Really glad I found this place. The only steaks we had on vacation! Yummo!

Went there Wednesday, 12 June 2019. Got a table outside. After ordering, had to wait 45 minutes for 3 tapas & after finishing our tapas & beers, waited 15 minutes for the check. The waitress never checked on us once & I saw her out smoking several times. After going inside to pay the bill, I complained & the waitress said they were busy that evening. But the beer batter fried onions rings were very good.

The food was nice in the restaurant but we also stayed in the hotel. Very overpriced for the room we had. There was no toilet roll and the shower was rubbish. We paid £68 for 1 night! It was worth around £15 nothing special. No nice view and the pillows were uncomfortable too.

The food was wonderful and the owner was a most accommodating host. He was pleasant to talk with and he is an extraordinary cook!

Very tasty tapas (meatballs in sherry sauce, beef fillet in a wonderful red wine sauce) in a relaxed atmosphere. It can be doubted whether the baked onion rings were "homemade". In any case, an excellent wine and fine selection of spirits!

Basic with insects.

This place is very nice for this price ( about 30 euro for a night - single room 1 person). You have to try the offer of Steaks. There are very delicious. The view from window on Lech and singing birds outside make you feel that you are inside of the pure nature. The distance to Füssen is also affordable (5-7 minutes walk) The room was small, with attached bathroom, but very cosy and central heating functioned fantastic. If you look for something with a small price and good location, this is a perfect place for you. Only for a breakfast you have to go to towm..

Delicious steak but had to wait sometime for it to be cooked

We had the rumpsteaks premium and they were the best I had since a long time! Can recommend this restaurant highly.

What a wonderful find! I’m sure it’s no secret. But this bar/restaurant has super views of Lechfall and the lech river below. Easily biking or walking distance from Füssen. Make a right at the bridge. Not far. Friendly and helpful staff that accommodated our awful German. And spoke English. Only ate olives with bread with our 2 beers. But the food looked great (that everyone else was ordering). Get here early if you was a good seat. Felt like a Mexican vacation, for 1 hour, with the music and chill vibe.
